Our platform for IP-based communication vicCOM IP has received a software update: In response to many customer requests, we have added SIP transport via TCP.
You can now choose between UDP and TCP as the SIP transport protocol, depending on the requirements of the PBX and system architecture.
Another new feature is the user agent name option for the SIP client.
A small glimpse into the future: we still have a lot planned for vicCOM IP in 2024.
Expect many new and exciting features and improvements.
